Angelina Jolie debuted her tablet shaped engagement ring on Wednesday night at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Designed by Brad Pitt, along with jeweler Robert Procop, the ring took nearly 12 Months to make.




"Throughout, Brad Pitt remained heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design process from the perfect cut of the diamond centerpiece, an elongated tablet shape to the finishing touches such as the mounting of a galaxy of smaller stones which are graduated in size and faceted to match, adding a crowning lustre to the ring," a rep for Procop explains.

Pitt waited for the "perfect moment to unveil this special jewel to Angelina Jolie."

The couple, who have six children, have been together for seven years.

The wedding is back on for Kristin Cavallari and Chicago Bears quarterback NFL player Jay Cutler. The couple called off their engagement in July but reconciled a few weeks later.

The 24-year-old reality TV star was spotted out sporting her huge 5.2-carat diamond ring once again in L.A. and was all smiles. Kristin confirmed her engagement yesterday via Twitter: "This time its official... Jay and I are engaged again :)." On Wednesday, Kristin first sparked rumors that the off-again-on-again couple was really back on when she showed up at a West Hollywood restaurant wearing the ring, reports the Daily Mail.

Hollywood Actress Anne Hathaway is ready for a fairy tale ending. The actress is engaged to her boyfriend of three years, fellow actor, Adam Shulman, confirms Us Weekly.

The actress, 29, was spotted recently with her beau in Brooklyn wearing an engagement ring by Kwiat Heritage, her rep confirmed. Hathaway's romance with Shulman initially began as a bit of a rebound after her messy (and highly public) split from con-man Raffaello Follieri in mid-2008.

Says the actress, "We hit if off immediately, but it took us a pretty long time to get together." But after they did, "things sped up a bit and I think I'll leave it at that."

"Mellow doesn't always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life," she has said of the relationship. No word yet on the wedding date.


The couple were photographed in Brooklyn's Fort Greene Park on Sunday celebrating the big news.

"I'm a romantic at heart! [Of Adam] He's the best!," Hathaway once gushed. "I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan. I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time and then I fell in love like a fool!"
